Tri-Local IPA || Tri-Cities Brewers Collective Collab

ABV: 6% IBUs: 50 || We came together as a Tri-Cities Brewing Collective and decided to brew this very modern interpretation of IPA. Utilizing the Daybreak V yeast strain from Omega, this beer offers layers of flavor, with both the East and West Coast-inspirations in mind. 

Brewed and dry-hopped with heaps of Mandarina Bavaria and Cryo versions of Simcoe, Krush and Amarillo, the juice is certainly loose. We also kept it as local as possible, utilizing locally grown malts from Riverbend Malt House. A firm malt backbone & balanced level of bitterness keeps you coming back for another pint!
